If you haven’t guessed it from all the muffin recipes I’ve shared before, I’ll let you know that I love having homemade baked goods around the house for breakfasts and snacks. This recipe was inspired by a couple of ripe pears that I needed to use up. These muffins are very moist with a lightly sweet flavor and are at least a bit on the healthier side with the inclusion of wheat flour and the ripe pears.
