Hootenanny kicks off Tolbooth campaign

CAMPAIGNERS for the Tolbooth and Nelson’s Tower, which it is hoped will be handed over to a Forres-based trust to run, are holding a ‘Heritage Hootenanny’ in the town hall this weekend.
